Guarantee

We provide a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee with every Green satiN item we sell. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition and in its complete original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date and we will refund your purchase price excluding the freight cost paid subject to the following conditions:

 - you must have called our office (0210306024) or email: green.satin@xtra.co.nz to discuss the matter before

returning the item and received email confirmation of that phone call or email;

- a copy of the purchase invoice together with your contact details must be included with the item returned.

 

Delivery

All prices quoted on this website relate only to purchases made using the Shopping Cart facility and include GST but do not include freight. ***Unless we offer free freight within a specific marketing campaign.

Freight is calculated based on the delivery postcode and added to your purchase price. Rural addresses will be charged $2.80 extra.

We deliver New Zealand wide using NZ Post tracked parcels service.

For delivery to major cities and inner city areas allow 1 to 3 working days excluding holidays from date of clearance of your payment.

For delivery to areas other than major cities and local suburbs, allow 5 to 7 working days excluding holidays, from date of clearance of your payment.

All orders are processed and shipped from our office in Auckland usually within 2 days of clearance of your payment.


Warranty & Returns

All Green satiN products are covered by a six (6) months warranty.

Should a warranty claim arise, the process is to call our office (0210306024) or email: green.satin@xtra.co.nz and so we can discuss details of the problem and get purchase information. You will then deliver the item for an assessment at your expense.

All items received for warranty repair or replacement will firstly be assessed to determine whether the fault is due to a manufacturing flaw or is faulty or damaged due to misuse or wear& tear by the purchaser. If the problem is due to a manufacturing fault, Green satiN will either repair or replace it at their discretion as quickly as it can possibly be done. If the unit is faulty or damaged due to misuse or wear & tear Green satiN will not be liable to repair or replace it under warranty and Green satiN will contact the purchaser to make suitable arrangements for the item to be repaired or replaced at the purchasers cost or to be returned to the purchaser.


Damaged or Incorrect goods

Any goods damaged during delivery or that are not the correct item must be reported to Green satiN within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by email to green.satin@xtra.co.nz 

Any notifications received after the expiry of the 48 hours after receipt of the goods may not be rectified by Green satiN.
